Our future goal is to have a facility that has the complete devotion of providing FREE adventure therapy activities for Veterans, 9/11 responders, and a whole host of other heroes. The wilderness, along with professional counselors, can provide clinically proved adventure therapy to participants. The planned "green" facility will house 6 families at a time, each in their own cabin, it will have a central woodland ampitheatre for morning groups, ropes courses and adventure therapy necessities, and lots of space to play as a family .
At this point, we are:
- Arranging relationships with the professionals who can provide this Adventure Therapy services
- Raising publicity and awareness of our Program
- Accepting donations to cover our expenses for provided current activiities
